The first thought runs through our mind when we say about sports is probably that involvement in sports may cause a drop on our grade. However, that is only true when we involve too much into sports. When we practice sports moderately, it definitely helps in our study. Now, I will share my opinion and experience on the importance of sports to help us achieve a healthy study life.
In order to achieve high grades in our study, we should put in a lot of effort, and this cause us to have stress. A little bit of stress motivate us to keep up with our study. However, when there is too much stress, it may cause us to have mental issues. Therefore we need some ways to relieve our stress. For me, I choose sports as my way to keep stress at bay. When there is free time during the evening, I love to play basketball with my friends. However, if I had the chance of playing badminton, I will definitely choose to play badminton rather than playing basketball. During the morning in the weekends, I will be jogging together with my friend.
The sports activities definitely helps me a lot in my study as they help me to relieve the stress piling up through our daily life. Moreover these activities help me stay as fit as a fiddle. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Therefore, as we working hard in order to achieve our goal, we should also keep some of our time to exercise. All of us should avoid ourselves from using all of our leisure to our mobile phones as all of us need to exercise to stay healthy and get rid of excessive stress.
